There is no honest single price that covers every tow. A two-mile Yukon residential pull is not the same as a winch-out on an I-40 shoulder at 2 a.m. We quote based on real factors and explain them before the hook whenever the scene allows.
What affects your price

- Truck type — wheel-lift vs flatbed vs heavy-duty
- Time of day — after-hours / holiday demand
- Winching / recovery time — ditches, non-rolling vehicles, tight access
- Dollies or specialty handling — when wheels won’t roll safely
- Storage — if a temporary hold is required

Clear factors before the hook when conditions allow. Emergency scenes and safety can limit chit-chat — but we don’t play bait-and-switch games on standard tows. If something on scene changes the job (extra winching, second destination), we say so.
